Introduction:

Without any doubt one of the most basic buyer skills is the ability to negotiate successfully. The results of the commercial negotiations conducted by the organization’s buyers with suppliers or prospect suppliers have a significant positive or negative impact to every organization’s bottom line. It is therefore essential to improve the competitive position, which guarantee the continued success of any organization, that purchasing employees are well trained and experienced in the planning, strategies and tactics, and conducting of negotiations. This course is designed to provide strong competencies in the methods and strategies that will result in successful negotiations with suppliers.
